Deposits + Payment
At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Vendor for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients.
The remaining balance is to be paid at client’s convenience. Balance must be paid in full by two weeks prior to Wedding Day. Or for Portrait Sessions, the remaining balance is to be paid the day of the session.
Copyright
Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Vendor and may be used in the reasonable course of See Through Photography’s business.
Copyright + Editing
Client is provided a print release. The release grants the client to reproduce the images provided for personal use only and does not allow the photos to be altered or sold. Client further agrees not to publish images without proper credit and also forfeits the ability to edit any image taken by the See Through Photography.
Artistic Release
Consistency. Vendor will use reasonable efforts to ensure Client’s desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with See Through Photography’s current portfolio and See Through Photography will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by Client.
Weather
See Through Photography is not responsible for weather delays or any other uncontrollable forces under which are spontaneous. Every effort will be made by the photographer to prevent such happenings. Every attempt will be made by See Through Photography to ensure shoots run smoothly.
Travel
For events outside of See Through Photography’s home base, all transportation and lodging accommodations must be provided. If applicable, airfare must be arranged four weeks prior to the event for See Through Photography. Travel fees will be required if the shoot is over 30 miles from the See Through Photography’s home base.
